This guide will show you some useful ways to interact with our AI system.

Upgrade reseller account


You can ask our AI to check your token status and upgrade your reseller account if requirements are met.

System will check your registered licenses and available funds.

Usage sample :

Hey upgrade my reseller account, token is : ABC123

Keep in mind paraphrasing your sentence is not important. you can write "ABC123 is my token upgrade it" or "upgrade reseller ABC123" and AI detects your request.

Crypto TRC20 payments

AI is connected to Tron's network. you can send USDT on TRC20 network to our wallet address :

And ask AI to add this funds to your reseller account or use it to confirm a invoice from license.cheap.

Usage sample :

Hey I have paid USDT txid is ABC123 and my token is ABC123

OR

Hey I have paid USDT txid is ABC123 and my invoice id is 1234

Again keep in mind paraphrasing your sentence is not important. you can write "USDT paid ABC123 is my transaction id and reseller token is ABC123" or "confirm my invoice ID 1234 I have already paid txid : ABC123" and AI detects your request.

PayPal payments


PayPal

AI checks all payments every 10 minutes to make sure none of your payments are on hold.

After payment gets confirmed it will automatically confirm your invoice ID or charge your reseller token.

If payment is rejected by PayPal it will get refunded back to you.

Support tickets

Our AI is connected to our support ticket system, it will sort each request based on the urgency and provide possible solutions, currently needs manual approve to answer each ticket (automatic ticket will be added soon)

If your ticket is not answered by our support staff you can send :

OR

I have opened a ticket , ticket ID is 12345

Do NOT send your ticket ID with Hashtag (#), send it simple as 12345
